Golden Era Photo Booth

Golden Era rents a premium photo booth for weddings, parties, and corporate events. The site does their selling: what is in each package, what it costs, and a way to start booking without waiting on a callback.

The problem

Most booth companies show photos of the booth and leave the rest to a phone call. Their customers are buying an evening they do not want to manage, so they need the package, the price, and a way to get started while they are still reading. A booking goes to whoever answers first.

What we built

  • Every package laid out in full, so a customer sees what they get before they have to ask
  • Pricing on the page: $550 for three hours, $100 an hour after that, add-ons from $100
  • Checking your date, a short guided form that starts a booking in three steps and matches the price of the product
  • A page each for weddings, parties, corporate, and pricing, so every customer lands on their own event and search can find it
  • Photographs from real bookings, not stock shots of a booth

Where it landed

Customers arrive already knowing the package and the price, and start the booking themselves. Golden Era gets enquiries with the date and the add-ons chosen, instead of calls that begin at the beginning.
